Trauma-Informed Teacher Training: Bradley County Elementary Schools

Please note: This training is exclusively for faculty and staff at the following schools: Parkview, Hopewell, Valley View, Charleston.

In course, participants will receive a brief overview of Trust Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®), an evidence-based, trauma-informed caregiving method. Participants will learn how trauma impacts developing brains and how professionals can bring healing and wholeness to the adults and children with whom they work. The introductory module walks participants through the three principles of TBRI® — Connecting, Empowering, and Correcting — and equips them with actionable strategies that they can start to implement right away.  Materials, snacks, and certificates will be provided.
