Making Sense of Your Worth
An 8-Week Healing Journey for Women
Many of us move through life carrying silent messages that tell us we’re not enough — that our value depends on what we do, what others think, or what we’ve survived. Making Sense of Your Worth offers a different story.
In this 8-week small group experience, women will walk through a step-by-step process designed to help you:
-
Identify the lies that keep you stuck in shame or striving
-
Understand the connection between your past and your present patterns
-
Rebuild a sense of identity rooted in truth, not trauma
-
Learn practical tools to set healthy boundaries and live from a place of peace
This program was created by The HALO Project and is facilitated by CareEQUIP, using trauma-informed principles grounded in connection and hope. Funding for this project is generously provided by: Safe & Secure, Tennessee, via Building Strong Brains and The United Way of the Ocoee Region.
