In these three modules, participants will take a deep dive into the Connecting, Empowering and Correcting Principles of Trust Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®). Participants will learn how toxic stress impacts developing brains and how parents can bring healing and wholeness to their children, equipping them them with actionable behavior management strategies that they can start to implement right away.
These three modules will be split into nine two-hour sessions, and participants will receive a certificates at the end of the course. Participants must attend all sessions per module in order to receive a certificate of completion for that module. Modules include: Connecting, Empowering, and Correcting Principles. Snacks and a concurrent class for children will be provided.
This training is open to all interested parents and care providers. We’re pleased to offer a discount to BCJC families, nonprofit staff (please use your work email to register), and adoptive/foster parents.
Please note: Minors are welcome to attend the adult class, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian must at all times. Children/Teens must be registered for the program here.
